Garrett at Pacwest Properties is fantastic! My husband and I were in a tricky situation after our previous landlord decided to move back in. Garrett made the transition smooth and stress-free. He answered every question quickly and thoroughly, even while just taking on this new property (when does he sleep?) The rental contract was clear, fair, and professional - the best one I've seen. I highly recommend Pacwest Properties, and especially Garrett Wheadon, if you want a rental company that is reliable and easy to work with!
