Came in off SW 4th in the rain because the skybridge is faster than an umbrella on that block. Thirty floors of offices sit on a pretty ordinary plaza, and the security desk just nodded me toward the food-cart doors.
I could not rave more about the incredible work PacWest did for me. They are legit artists! I had a complete, down to the studs, bathroom remodel. Not only did they help bring the vision to life - with the best in the business team - but they also provided critical & honest input to bring the vision up a level. Couldn't imagine working with any other company. Highly, highly, highly recommend!
A lot of businesses have left, including the Starbucks on the ground floor. The building is well maintained, graffiti free and clean.
