Nice older yet modern building. Great location to work, in between two triemt stops and a few blocks from the red and blue lines. For employees of the building, Pacwest has a workout gym with sauna and showers, a private bicycle room with showers (and a tool stand!), a third floor common kitchen and dining area with couches which is great for medium sized events and casual gatherings, as well as a private outdoor terrace on the third floor which is a good ways above the bustle of the city street below and has a large amount ... read more
A lot of business have left, including the Starbucks on the ground floor. The building is well maintained, graffiti free and clean.
I go for the Starbucks and they are always on too of order and so very helpful.
Nice Starbucks hub on ground floor entrance is superb -✌🏻
