This company is a rip off . Paid over $10,000 deposit and now the don't answer their phone or return email. Even the CEO is not responding
Would give zero stars if possible. Moved into a new build, they did not show up twice when scheduled (before handover date). I've been left without heating for a week. They offered me one appointment time the following week for a morning time (I asked for afternoon or another day to fit with my work schedule), had to take time off work or go without heating for another week.
