Tim McBratney did a refinance on our home, and it was the easiest and fasted process ever. At first glance, he wasn't sure a refinance would be worth it for our situation since we had refinanced not too terribly long ago, but he quickly did some more research and within a couple hours found out that we could actually save over $20,000 by refinancing (after taking out closing costs!).
