Friendly. Fast unloading. Not truck Friendly street. But manageable
I rarely write reviews, but the customer service of this company (formerly Paco Label, now Frankston Packaging) is awful. I left four messages requesting to have their W9 sent to me in order to do business with them. When I finally reached someone, the individual I spoke with was highly irritated and inconvenienced that I was calling him. After explaining that I had left four messages and never heard back from anyone, he only seemed more put out. Don't expect much with this place, least of a response and professionalism.
