Excellent Armenian bathware
Bought a Tekno sink for almost a thousand dollar, supposed to be reliable brand from Italy but the colour doesn’t stay pitch black and always have greyish look to it after been in contact with water. The kitchen sink (black granite) has since developed a crack and is leaking. While it should still be under warranty, we lodged a claim with FirstChoice and was dealing with Paco Jaanson, now more than 1 month in, we still receive no resolution and been around passed around Paco , their manufacturer contact in Italy and First Ch... read more
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The prices were fair. They even taught me how to change the seal, saving me $500 that I would have spent on a plumber to buy and install the part.
They are very responsive towards email.. Very efficient.. ☺️ Thanks
