DDS Dental of Conroe is an AWESOME place. There are truly no words to explain how great it is and the wonderful customer service beginning with the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist themselves. I would recommend anyone to visit them at least once if you have any dental needs.
I highly recommend Dr Hiler. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are satisfied.
The front desk staff are a little rude. As far as the Techs and the dentist they are AWESOME! You couldn't ask for more polite, considerate, gentle, caring people. I would give a 5 star rating except when taking to the front desk they make you fee like you don't have a choice on anything. If you have concerns or certain needs talk to the girls in the back.
I had a very early AM appointment, so as I always do in the parking lot, I introduced myself to another early bird and interview him as a customer. Based on his response, I decided to keep my appointment! Great customer service and price! Excellent is their management of the anxiety and pain factor. Both doctors and staff appeared very interested in reducing such factors, by taking time to answer all my concerns. (I felt like I was their only patient!) *****
Went to DDS Conroe yesterday for an adjustment. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the staff was as professional and friendly as always.

The staff at DDS is amazing. They are very caring and want to make sure you have a pleasant experience. My husband and I have both had dental work done there and they have made it a very good experience.
I was impressed my the professional way all employee's performed. Quickly while executing well. everyone was so nice as well and made me feel at ease.
