Front Desk receptionist is rude. Asked for my address to be updated as I noticed it wrong on my paper and received a bunch of questions. Just do your job and update my address! She wouldn't respond to a question I asked and I had to ask her if she was going respond to my question or just ignore me. This all could have be avoid if you just updated my address! I don't want a bill to show up 6 month later from collections for twice as much of my service and damage to my credit score.
Don't trust their schedule. It says they open 7.30am, but the lab person can come in anytime they want, so dont be surprised if the lab open at 9
Easy process and they were extremely nice and helpful. Had an issue with my order being sent over, and they made it stress free and got me in!
Compared to other labcorp (at Swedish issaquah and Renton) this location is much faster and efficient. Ladies at front desk, Jess and I didn't catch the other name, are always helpful. My phlebotomist Theresa was amazing. I always do walk in and it's been smooth so far.
