@ radiology staff and outpatient. 5 minutes late for a 45 min early check-in amd they cancelled my wife's appointment. Stupid crazy arrogance. Yes, several reminders of a 5:30 appointment for ultrasound which we scheduled 4 weeks prior of which they say show up at 4:45 (45 min early). I've been to St Joe's many times, their offices are scattered throughout the campus, and detailed rooms are not always provided. I just wanted to say the new in-house labs department is 💯 better than lab corps that was subcontracted out. I wouldn't go into the lab corporate in the passed. Now with the excellent customer service by the new St. Joseph Virginia Manson Franciscan lab staff is dedicated to providing real health care with class. I had my first appointment with the pulmonary lab and a second appointment at echocardiogram. The main check in lady at outpatient front desk was outstanding and very helpful. Everyone I interacted with from the check-in areas to the actual testing technicians were so polite and patient oriented. With the free parking and excellent customer service, I was very pleased and happy the whole morning was stress free.
