Always on time and quick with the CT scan. Though the last visit involved my having to get dye in my veins. The person couldn't hit my vein. Though I warned them about it. I asked for a professional phlebotomy person right off the bat. So I left with an extremely blown out arm. Plus another poke on the other arm. Smh. Wish they would have heeded my request. I know my body and hate needles. Experience was upsetting.
The visit was for a routine blood draw. Ok so these are always hard for me, since I'm needle phobic. So the technician rams the needle in. Immediately I knew something was wrong by the pain. My scream brought the supervisor in. My arm was rapidly swelling. The supervisor comes in. All she says is "it happens". No apologies or I'm sorry. Just says "it happens". Very good lovely place to visit
The only drawback is the admissions process. They need more help. Often times there is no one at the outpatient surgery desk.
