The average wait time over the last year has been over 40 minutes. The youngish girl looks like a meth user. I have been going to this lab as it is convenient and across from kidney docs office. One lab person doesn't cut it.
My doctor gave me this number to try and schedule an appointment. It appears that I misunderstood what my doctor meant and maybe I was supposed to request of a different number to make a my appointment but make it for this facility? Either way, the woman on the phone was INCREDIBLY rude and short with me upon realizing Id made a mistake somehow even though I was specifically told to call this number. There were only two people ahead of me but it took 1hr 15min to get in. The person drawing the blood missed three times and I finally told her I would go someplace else. There was only one person working at this lab. Total waste of 1 1/2 hrs. Go some place else to get your blood drawn.
I like that I can get in and out pretty quickly. Never had an issue with blood draws here. Wish it was closer to work, but what are you gonna do?
If you need to get poked this is the place. they never miss and your in and out is very short. also the staff is very friendly
