I was charged a fee for standing inside the store, $4.17 for 10 minutes to be exact. When I questioned the said fee the manager Nathaniel Hasse was not helpful at all, he was very argumentative. He said that I was being charged for the time spent in his store, but called it labor on a sticky note when I asked for him to list everything that I was charged for...I packaged and taped all of my packages.

My family and I will no longer be supporting this company. Terrible shipping service that is totally overpriced. They have no pride in the service the provide and this are constantly arriving damaged. Would definitely not recommend.
