Since day one, Dr. Ketcherside and stuff have always being nice to me, they always answered my questions. I really feel happy being part of this dentist office. Overcharged at the last minute once the braces were to be removed and I’ll recommend like integrity. We agreed to an amount then you charged when it was time to remove braces.
Great staff, wonderful orthodontist! My son has been a patient for over 2 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The orthodontist explains everything, and is straight forward about what is going on the entire. They have payment plans available, and you can pay during the time of your treatment.
Starting PHASE 1 ortho at a young age was the best decision I made as a parent. My daughter is confident with her smile. Dr. Ketcherside, Miriam, Susie and the front team provide exceptional care during our visits!! We see great progress and we are ready for PHASE 2 treatment!!
