My daughter was seen without my consent only cause her grandmother wanted to get her braces. Not only that they didn't even cut the wires in her mouth right that they hurt her and had to take her to get them cut. When I asked them to take of the braces cause they where hurting her they denied it and made me schedule two appointment for them to get her retainers mold and then they where going to come off. But on our second appointment the retainers never got there I was inform either went in and had to reschedule to come back... read more

Since day one, Dr. Ketcherside and stuff have always being nice to me, they always answered my questions. I really feel happy being part of this dentist office. Overcharged at the last minute once the braces were to be removed and I’ll recommend like integrity. We agreed to an amount then you charged when it was time to remove braces.
Great staff, wonderful orthodontist! My son has been a patient for over 2 years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The orthodontist explains everything, and is straight forward about what is going on the entire. They have payment plans available, and you can pay during the time of your treatment.
