Brannon has been our IT guy for over 8 years and we have loved having him help us with all of our tech needs. From keeping track of information so older software can continue to be used to helping set up firewalls so employees can securely work remotely - he does it all. We have especially appreciated all the work he has done to help us keep in compliance with all of the tax industry security regulations that are ever changing. Brannon is a great guy and is super easy to work with!!!
Brannon is so attentive and responsive. He is so quick to solve our problems. We really rely on him and are so grateful for his help!
Brannon is amazing!! If there is a cry for help he responds often times within a half hour and is immediately on the case to figure out what I've done wrong. Our computers and our internet access and software updates are our lifeblood and he keeps us up and running. No problem too big or too small and I'm never left hanging or in the dark as to what is happening. The absolute best.
Brannon is extremely attentive and responsive to our business's IT needs. Any time we have questions or issues, he is quick to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
