The manager here is awesome! Is excellent at explaining everything in detail, helps you out with directions there and anything else within his capacity Very friendly and courteous. I'd use this place again and again in a heartbeat. The prices are reasonable concidering others are up to 250-200 bucks higher in price. If you need storage and on a tight budget this is the place to go!!
Representative was very unprofessional, rude, confused, twice I called and she told me first She “can’t help with nothing because computer was not working”. I understand the situation but there is a way to talk to customers In a manner of kindness and friendliness . Second time I called she was so confused and wouldn’t let me speak.
