No stars if I could. They reuse locks and do not call when there are problems with your locker. We were in escrow for our first home in 2021, and unfortunately decided to store our entire home in a few of their climate controlled lockers. Someone stole all of our belongings straight from our locker using A KEY. They do not retire locks when keys arent turned in they just rotate them. The manager here is awesome! Is excellent at explaining everything in detail, helps you out with directions there and anything else within his capacity Very friendly and courteous. I'd use this place again and again in a heartbeat. The prices are reasonable concidering others are up to 250-200 bucks higher in price. If you need storage and on a tight budget this is the place to go!!
Representative was very unprofessional, rude, confused, twice I called and she told me first She “can’t help with nothing because computer was not working”. I understand the situation but there is a way to talk to customers In a manner of kindness and friendliness . Second time I called she was so confused and wouldn’t let me speak.
