Flexible, quick, professional and affordable After a frantic call to a friend one evening asking who I should call about my heater not working, she recommended Packerland Heating & Cooling. It was later in the evening around 7pm, my house temp was already under 55 degrees, and their service guy came out right away to fix the problem temporarily until a new part could be bought the next day. I would definately recommend them!
Took care of me like family Our furnace went out in the middle of the night during winter.I called Packerland H&C. They were super busy ,but were so kind that the owner himself came to see if it could be fixed or needed to be replaced. He even brought over a few space heaters to get us through until the next day when they could replace it.I couldnt be home for them so they let themselves in and it was done by lunch!! Great Company, very friendly. I had Packerland Heating and Cooling come to my home for a furnace clean and check. They were on time, (as a matter of fact, they were waiting for me to get home) the man was very friendly and took his time explaining the details to me of what he was doing. As a matter of fact, I just called them back to do the heating for our almost finished basement! Thanks!!!!!!
Good company, professional installation We recently built a house and this company installed the furnace and air conditioner in the house, I am very happy with their installation and product, they installed ruud product's and the installaion was professional and clean.
No Worries Extremely affordable and quoted under two other companies I had quote us for the same service and parts. Made me feel at ease and I felt extremely comfortable with the pricing and the service. Great job explaining what to expect in the future and maintenance that would be needed. As a new home homeowner they made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole experience.
