Never again, was told they replace tires and they would do a tire off brake inspection. I pick up my van with 5/32 tires and brakes grinding. When I talked to service desk ppl they informed me that they don't do tires or tire off brake inspection. I just reloacted to Green Bay, and i attempted to rent a truck from this location. My insurance company writes certs fast, and immediately I get an email saying font show up, I have informed everyone you are a fraud " his reasoning? My insurance company sent a cert for the insurance too fast. I have been in business since 2006, this is absolutely insane.
