Office staff is not friendly if you’re running late. I get everyone has a tight schedule but calling me after 8 minutes saying they can’t see me when their policy is a 15 minute grace is weird. Lady had to put me on hold to reinforce I must be there by 15 after which really rubbed me wrong considering I was late due to traffic outside my control AND I clearly said I was 5 minutes away at 8 after (13 minutes total late- within policy). My visit was a pleasant experience. The staff that I met Jen, Lauri, and Audy all worked well as team. Doc Alsameria is thorough and informative on what to expect for each visit.
I am a 69 year old. I went here petrified of the whole dental process. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. From the initial greeting to the final checkout everything was exceptional. I will highly recommend to anyone needing service.
