My visit was a pleasant experience. The staff that I met Jen, Lauri, and Audy all worked well as team. Doc Alsameria is thorough and informative on what to expect for each visit.
I am a 69 year old. I went here petrified of the whole dental process. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. From the initial greeting to the final checkout everything was exceptional. I will highly recommend to anyone needing service.
My former dentist retired during Covid and so I haven’t been to the dentist since 2019. Decided to take a chance with the new husband and wife dentist team at Packard Family Dentisty and gotta say it was a great call. Amazing customer service! Staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and understanding of my emergency situation. Got me in same day and worked with me to make a treatment plan asap. Only good things to say about the whole experience! Would absolutely recommend!
Everyone at Packard Family Dentistry is wonderful. They were able to see me on short notice as a new patient. My cleaning was gentle and thorough. They explained my dental needs / next steps fully and answered any questions I had. Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule follow up appointments with ease.
