Packard installed my kitchen 2 years ago. I had a slight problem with one of the pull outs, called them, had someone here the next morning and in 15 minutes back to PERFECT!! A+ customer service!!
When I renovated/rebuilt my home I knew the kitchen would be the biggest project. We built a 500 sq foot kitchen and could not be happier with the service, quality and followup from John and his crew! Even two years later they came for a small service call, and still treated it like they originally did. When a company stands behind their work that is priceless!
