They don't have transparency with their pricing. I was talking to the saleswoman and didn't want to waste my time or their time for a full quote (because I was looking into various companies). So, I asked just for a simple quote on one box to get a feel for what it would be like. They wouldn't give me simple pricing. They'll make you go through their entire service (which waste time & energy). Also, I wasn't impressed with their "custom cabinets". The way things are made now makes cabinets look like ikea. We recently gut renovated our home, and couldn't be happier with the way our custom cabinetry from Packard came out. We worked with Rae, who was so thoughtful in her designs, and we are so happy with the beautiful and functional layout of our new kitchen! Couldn’t be more pleased with how our kitchen turned out. Our designer, Jim, was very helpful with the layout and design as well as material choices. He was also patient through multiple revisions. Bettina was attentive with concerns during the installation and her communication and coordination were invaluable. John Packard came out to oversee the final touches of project and his input was really appreciated. Thank you Packard Cabinetry.

Great people to deal with. Was pleased with their professionalism, creative help, their responsiveness and their support. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. The service provided was a reconstruct of the kitchen that included a new counter and a cabinet configuration.
