Packard Cabinetry in Hendersonville, NC created a custom designed, made, and installed bathroom vanity for us about 6 years ago. The whole process from design conception, to selection of materials, to the wonderful installation in our ensuite bathroom was a delight. Both partners were professional, listened to me carefully, and then gave me a beautiful addition to our bathroom that still looks brand new. We love it! And it hid away SO much bathroom stuff. 1st off we LOVE the Design and FINALLY finished Kitchen! Why only a 3 Stars? The Process was not up to par. Packard prides itself on quality and craftsmanship. If only the management, particularly Local Project Management, of the project was as good as the outcome. The owner, only cares about the finished product, leaving the customer often to be left wondering.
