Michelle the receptionist was very caring and tried helping me over the phone which was amazing. Ted the owner was great, he went out of his way to help in anyway he could. I highly recommend this place, they got my car in with such short notice and the prices are very reasonable. This place is amazing, will definitely be returning to this place for my auto repairs and needs.

I have found Packard Automotive to be a very honest business. They don't try to stick you with unnecessary repairs. They have some of the lowest prices around. I seriously recommend them to all my friends on the south part of town.
I have always had a great experience. They fix what is needed and not try to tell me “other” problems need to be fixed as some plces do. They are honest and affordable with their pricing. It hard to find a good place and very satisfied with their work.
