Packard Auto Repair Great place! IEveryone was super nice and they got it done fast. This place seriously is the best auto shop EVER ! I have been to half a a dozen others and I have never even had a positive experience, so this place was just shocking :-) Please give these people your business, they have earned it and you will see why every time you go.
Took my Scion XB for grinding brakes. I knew it was a pads and rotor issue. The guessed price over the phone they gave me for front brakes/rotor was within $10 of what the final cost came to be (around $240 for parts/labor). Was finished same day. Friendly, and helpful crew. They even showed me the old pads and rotors, and how badly they were worn to educate me. They also pointed out a leaking rear axle, and gave me a quote for repairs for the next time I brought it in.
True to their word. I found this business online when I needed a repair and saw the great reviews so I gave them a try. They charged me less than half of what another business wanted. Many places will try to over charge especially if you are a woman or they think you have no clue what is wrong with your vehicle...NOT here! They are quick and very reasonable compared to other businesses...and most importantly honest. They made me a loyal customer and I'm telling all my friends about them.
These are honestly the kindest business owners ever. They explained everything in really simple terms and fixed my car while I waited. They diagnosed my problem as one thing that would be really expensive to fix and after I gave them the go ahead they came back and said they figured out it was something much simpler and cheaper. I wouldn't have known either way so they easily could have swindled me but instead were honest about it. Family owned business, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I am always scared to go to a place to get my car fix (since I am a woman and don't really know much about cars). I went to one place and they gave me this huge quote (which there was no way I could afford). A friend told me about Packard Auto so I went there next. They were so nice!! They explained everything to me so I could understand it. And my bill was half of what the other quote was. They even gave me a ride to work that morning! And my car was done when I was done with work. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I took my Saturn to KC and Mike with an A/C problem. The problem, a faulty switch,was diagnosed in 30 minutes and fixed in less than an hour. The total bill was very low despite the switch being an expensive dealership part. They only gave me straight talk, and I was in and out in a flash. I am now sending my friends and family to Packard Auto Repair. Everybody should have a mechanic this good!
