As per Ryan Transportation rate confirmation, Delivery appointment was 12pm. But when I arrived at receiver at 11:45 am, receiving lady says my delivery appointment is set for 3pm. They didn’t take me earlier than that. Waste whole day for single delivery, missed another pickup.
Staging area just past 11th St. Walk farther down the street to check in. The young lady at receiving was very friendly and professional, so was everyone else. They had 2 trucks ahead of me and still got me back on the road within 2 hours of checking in.

Not a bad place, staff very friendly and helpful, pretty tight parking. There’s a staging area right by cooler receiving. It looks like all truck staged there for shipping or receiving.. that staging area is very tight. No parking. Posted everywhere no truck parking on street. Truck stop about 3 miles away if there’s no room in staging, they send you there. Porta John for a restroom.. the day I came, they were slow to unload, but apparently one of their workers was out sick.
Unloading fast . Appt 7 am. Checked in 6.20 . Dock same time. Unloading done 6.45 am . No overnight parking on site .
