Very poor and disappointing experience. I ordered some mailing tubes from this company. Shortly after I placed the order, I received a message indicating that the product was out of stock with no projected restock date. I called the company and spoke with a young woman who said that she checked stock at other warehouses and the product was not available. TERRIBLE BOXES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 48" long boxes since that is the cutoff size for a major price increase from the shipping carriers. Every single box they sent me was too long by a whole inch. This has led to a doubling of the cost of my shipping which is unacceptable for a business. When I reached out to at least get a refund for their incorrect boxes, they told me they couldn't.
