Update on my great review. My salesman Ryan will not answer my emails nor take my calls. After Ryan and his team went to such great lengths it is bitterly disappointing to be shut out. I have no idea where my order is and I need these corks. I generally use JIT inventory on my packaging supplies and I was completely blindsided when my main supplier could not handle a critical order due to no inventory on their side. This basically shut down our business. That’s when I contacted Packaging Logistics. The team at PL broke their behinds to get me onboarded as a new customer and my order was shipped the next day. PL saved the day for me with incredible & professional service! Such a great company!
