One of PDS’ drivers in a company van with Polk county license plates proceeded to hit my car door hard while I was sitting in the vehicle. When I rolled my window down to get an apology/acknowledgment/a glance the older man (who never looked up from his cell phone) mumbled sorry and closed his car door.
