Honestly they got me in it in and out and about an hour 30. So, I think it just depends on when you get here. Se I wouldn't write this place off. At least not in my first experience here.
Checked in 06:45 for 08am appointment still waiting to get unloaded people here are slow and don't care about drivers office personnel that is it's currently 14:17
What a terrible experience at this facility Arrived 1/21 at 12pm unloaded 1/22 at 2am Absolutely ridiculous how this team operates and ill tell you, i wont be coming back! I wonder how long a company will operated when truck drivers start refusing to deliver here ! Does management this this is ok??? changes MUST be done !
Drivers beware. These people will waste your entire day if you are delivering roll stock. I arrived before 9 am and got in line. Over 7 hours and still waiting. They take over an hour to get 7 rolls off each truck. Absolutely no respect for driver's time.
Everyone here seems kind of in a rush, but they are friendly and give you good instructions on what to do. As far as getting here your best route from I81N is to just go to I90W get off on exit 38 which is the Oswego rd exit turn left off ramp, go down to the Liverpool bypass road turn right, (the Amazon building will be on your right side of the road) at the next light turn left on to Morgan rd, after you pass the Amazon building it will be your turn right onto Steelway Blvd south, it will be your first building on your rig... read more
