This place is ridiculous, I paid for a unit online and never used it. He won't get a hold of me or answer my calls so I can get a refund
I asked if they would work with me on a $205 balance that I owed, with me paying $160 and make the other payment in a few days because I want to move my belongings out of the facility. He says full payment only. My storage is $85 a month, I'm 2 months behind...... I've been in constant contact with the owner, yet If your even a few days late on your monthly payment, he will double lock your unit and charge you a $25 lock out fee as well as $5 for a late fee per month.
