This experience was as good as getting a storage rental unit could get, if not better. We were even able to start moving our stuff in within a couple hours of checking to see if they even had any available units. From the first phone call Kelly was fantastic! He was very personable and answered all of our questions. Kelly promptly and thoroughly answered all my questions and texts. The paperwork was easy, no yearly contracts and I'm all set up to move in on the date I chose.
My storage unit is in a secured location with a security gate and video surveillance to help prevent thefts. The staff are really friendly. I've been a loyal customer for a few years and have never had any issues with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.
