I used a Pack Rat storage unit for a six month period to aid in the prep for the sale of our house and our eventual move out of state. Very reasonable price, 24/7 access, and a great location for our needs. Professional courteous management. Not a single unfavorable issue arose. Very satisfied!
Update after being here a while. Don’t expect access to your unit in the winter unless you dig yourself out. 2nd year in a row it’s been like this. There’s no excuse to have FEET still piled up against them. What if I was elderly or disabled and couldn’t lift tons of snow just to get in? I should not have to bring my own shovel. The units are immaculate...very clean & dry. Customer service exceptional!
We used Pack Rack Storage to store our little camper. They were fantastic to work with. They found a great spot to keep it safe. We enjoyed being able to get to out camper 24/7 and felt it was a very good price.
Family owned , hands on service , great communication , clean and organized, , along with a excellent location . You will be pleasantly pleased .
