I wanted to send my sister a very special and fragile 12 x 16 picture with a glass frame. I was so worried about her receiving it in perfect condition. NO PROBLEM!!! I brought it to Pack Rat Shipping and my sister received it WITHOUT a scratch!!! These people are EXCELLENT and go ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. You will not find a better shipping service than Pack Rat. They are conveniently located, very efficient and very knowledgeable. It is such a pleasant experience going in there rather than going to the post office, FEDEX or UPS. Not only do they do the shipping, they have all the materials there and will even vacuum seal those plastic bags travel bags for you! You can save your information in their computer for a quick repeat chips also. They are my favorite New Orleans business. Honestly.

This place is great for all of your shipping needs. My beau and I both work for ourselves and find that we have to ship things for our businesses from time to time. Weather it be a large wooden painting, or cheap product merchandise this place is always our go to for shipping. The owner is in there almost every time we go. She's a straight forward, honest and to-the-point type of gal. I enjoy giving my business to a local shipper instead of just the large Fedex places. We love Pack Rat! We have used them for a year now for our shipping needs. We have a mailbox there, which has helped us successfully retrieve packages. Our packages were being stolen from our porch and pack rat has saved us from that! They receive our packages and make sure that we are properly notified of their receipt. Also, because they can ship with multiple carriers they always check all of the various prices so that we have the cheapest shipping price available.
