I came in today and purchased my first pair of Chacos! The staff and atmosphere where beyond amazing Tyank you so much for the amazing customer service
Truly a 1-of-a-kind place. They have any outdoor gear you could possibly want...we went to 2 other outdoor stores in the area and couldn’t find wool base layer (????). We will be coming here first from now on. They have neat heritage too...great owners (ask about their history while you are there). From a customer service perspective...nobody comes and bugs you while shopping unless you obviously want or need help. When you want help they are knowledgeable and thorough. RecommendedEnthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Excellent selection of climbing gear, camping, backpacking, kayaking for outdoors adventures. Plus the store is gorgeous to see with the log timbers!
