Generally had a bad experience visiting these apartments from the noise nearby from parties and campus to the hassle of having to use an alternate means than car to get there (they having towing patrols constantly so don’t even think about it as a guest! And don’t expect to have guests over who don’t wanna bus or walk!). Even as a guest using the old appliances has been a bad experience overall too. Very small kitchen too for three people apartments.

great area to live in due to proximity to university. management is also pretty helpful and can be easily reached via phone by calling their office located in Blacksburg. the apartments themselves are pretty good as well. the carpets have been recently replaced fake wood floors. it's also easy to get techs called out to repair things. there's a web portal to be pretty much everything as well. price is pretty high being so close to campus at 700 a month though.

This may be one of the best kept secrets of Blacksburg, especially for engineering students whose classes are literally across the street. I lived here for three years, and had many of the same neighbors through the years because once someone moves in, you cannot beat the location or the price.
