Consistently get overcharged at this location. Overestimates the dimension measurements even when they are right on the box. Attempted to send a medium size package this week and was quoted $52 for the cheapest option to send it via FedEx, when I inquired about USPS the clerk told me that it would be over $80 to ship via USPS through them. Took my package to the post office today, and it was $19.50 to ship with tracking.
Our auction company uses a shipping store very frequently due to our Internet auctions. The customer service at this store is exemplary! They not only send very customer-service oriented emails to our buyers that need items shipped, but they also copy those emails to us so we can keep track of what's going on. Above and beyond!!
