I went to drop off a package and encountered a very rude young man behind the counter. I had to ask him twice for help before he rudely turned around and said "what"? I said where do I leave my package, and, he rudely said, "right here". He was too busy leaning over the counter with his back to potential customers looking at his cell phone. I called back to speak with the manager and she just made excuses for him. I will never step foot in there again!
