great customer service, cartridge refills, new cartridges. did i tell you this place has the BEST customer service? i love it
Top Choice! – Pack and Mail is my first choice for shipping! They offer more choices than any shop in Duluth and always have the best rates. They've even packed a few custom items for me that have arrived perfect! You can't go wrong. They did move under new management this year but are still in the Denfeld Plaza and are even better.
Buyer Beware! – Make sure you do your research before doing business with Pack & Mail Plus located at 4602 Grand Ave Ste 1000 Duluth, MN 55807 I was overcharged for ground shipping. They charged me $73.85, FedEx website said $41.06, and a local competitor quoted me $56.87! I was reasonable and asked for $16.98 be refunded to my credit card, they offered me in store credit.
