Very professional and and efficient.
Mardrel, owner of Pack HVAC Service, paid for AC installation and inspection, but when the unit stopped working soon after, Mardrel would not answer our requests we made for several weeks to return despite multiple requests and offers to pay. Very disappointing lack of after-service support. And we had to change the original feedback here.
They were quick to come for the diagnosis, very friendly and professional. We are still in the process of fixing the issue but I am sure they will be able to provide us best service with their expertise. Will update more about pricing and service, once our AC is fixed. Till now, I am 100% satisfied with the service
