We were very impressed. We walked in without an appointment just to check out their kids' frame selection, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We ended up ordering two sets of glasses right then, and everything was taken care of in about 20 minutes. They clearly explained what was covered by insurance and didn't try to push any unnecessary upsells.

DO NOT GO HERE they wanted me to pay $39 for special technology to view my eyes. I said I can't pay this, they immediately offered to drop it down to $25. I said "no I'm here to get an eye exam covered by my insurance" she said then you'll have to be dilated with drops" leaving me blurry 6-7hrs. I asked if would i be able to drive after? She replied with a careless "maybe, maybe not" i said just cancel this. What a waste of my time and they should have discussed this with me prior. Horrible front office customer service, manager is the worst. If I could give them zero I would.
BEWARE of this place at Terra Nova!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I came here to purchase contacts some months ago and I took the eye exam only for me to wait 1 month for the prescription and my contacts. I kept requesting the results of my contact exam which they refused to give me after I had already paid. I used to live in SF and go to a different place for my eye exams and they would give me my prescription the day of and then ship my contacts later that same week, overall they were quick and efficient so there ... read more
