WARNING..... WARNING... Stay away This guy is a lazy bum. He didn’t even come out to see the property. He had numerous erroneous entries of my property in the report, and his final valuation was the same as my purchase price 5 years ago!! So obviously my bank denied the refi request. I subsequently hired two other reputable appraisers for a evaluation each MORE THAN 25% higher than his appraisal. This guy is a joke. He should have his license revoked, if in fact he has a license
