Great customer service and excellent Gelato
I recently visited Paciugo in Frisco, expecting authentic Italian gelato made with fresh, natural ingredients. However, I was disappointed with the artificial taste of the flavors I tried. The pistachio gelato, in particular, had an unnatural “pistachio flavorizer” taste, lacking the genuine nuttiness I anticipated. This experience left me questioning the quality and authenticity of their offerings. unfortunately I can’t really recommend this place

Gelato was perfct . i ordered the smothee too. but it was some issue. they don’t gave enough napkin for gelato! Like today the gelato was not really frozen and alittle even melt , employees just gave me one napkin !
