The thickshake was really good, but the customer service was disappointing. We asked about one of the flavors, and the staff member replied, "I don't know," in a rude tone. She didn't seem interested in helping us, which made the experience unpleasant. I hope the customer service improves because the thickshakes are worth trying.
Ask for Jacob, you can see he loves his job and making sure you enjoy your visit.
