I rented with them for five years, I have no complaints really, but I'd say if a Registered SO is living in the building a heads up would good if that's not violating any privacy laws.
No replies. Bad business.
They don't turn on the heat on time. September 15th is when heat is supposed to be turned on by law & we are in October & still no heat. And when they do have the heat on they only turn it on twice in the day.. once in the morning & once in the evening I have a friend who is a senior living in one of their buildings & when I visit her apartment is always cold. The heat should be ran regularly. The temperature in her apt one winter was below 40 degrees. I have bought her a space heater until she can move.
Roaches every where on Addison and cicero
I'm not sure what's with all the negative reviews cause the building i am in has no bugs, management/maintenance is on point and on call, rent is fairly priced and building is really nice.
