The staff is excellent and professional. I can tell that I am meeting my goals. The online treatment exercises that augment my program are very helpful. This facility is great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, when making sure I get the most out of my therapy work. The atmosphere is relaxed and encouraging. The facility is clean and organized. I would recommend PacificPro in Lake Elsinore to my friends and family.
The facility is very well run. Embarrassingly, I arrived 15 minutes late. I had called ahead and didn't get any annoyed or dirty looks from the staff. The center director commented that we were a little short on time, but that she was confident that we'd be fine. We were. She had read the background information that I had submitted online ahead of the visit, so she was well prepared.
