They came to close our pool as we normally do with this time around. They excluded pool-covering from the work order and charged us extra for it. I didn't read the work order closely. In addition, they included a bogus term "Full Pool and Equipment Inspection" into the work order. We did not get a single line of report about the result of their inspection, but we were charged for it anyway. Be extra careful dealing with this business.

Mike was great. I previously used a good competitor but needed a liner replaced. Pacifico Pools was a much lower bid and although at first I was skeptical I was reassured and felt comfortable with the choice. We love our home and our pool and have had both good and bad experiences with companies we paid to do work. This was by far one of our best experiences. After coming to me and offering to help to repair/replace a cover and winterization last season, we could not get them to come and open the pool as promised and finish repairs on the cover in the spring. After finally having to open the pool ourselves in mid June, there was a leak that prevented us from using the pool.
