I had made an appt 2 days ago with Debbie in service for today. Today nobody shows up. No call. I call and they tell me my oil change is scheduled 3 WEEKS from now. They said they didnt have a rental available. I then offered to come in. She said sorry no room on the schedule for an oil change. David in service was rude too. We purchased a 2026 Aviator and it was a fantastic experience beginning to end. Inventory: The footprint seems small, but they have a surprising number of cars on the lot to choose from.
