This was a TOTAL WASTE. I wish I read these reviews before I commit to them and wish I could give them a ZERO-rating here. TOTAL INCOMPETENT and not fit for this line of business. PacificBanc of 575 Anton Blvd. Suite 1100, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 in late 2011, spoke to Joseph Shalaby, Tony Ho and others. Pacificbanc Mortgage at 575 Anton Blvd. Suite 1100, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, WORST possible lender I ever dealt with It is all lip service and could not deliver anything. Promised super fast closing, broken promise after many, many months, not days or weeks. Promised they can process this loan, oh wait, but no investors right now, please wait, and wait, and wait. Total incompetent.
After getting the run around from several other mortgage companies, I got the peace of mind that I had been looking for with PacificBanc. I spoke with Joe Shalaby and he helped me get the loan that I needed quickly and understood the urgency of my situation. I highly recommend them and will be returning if I ever have to refinance my home again.
