I would strongly advise against choosing the Residences at Arnada in Vancouver, WA for your next apartment. My experience with this complex was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their disorganization was apparent. They not only took our deposit but also hit us with an additional 400$ charge for supposed "wear and tear." Beyond a reasonable doubt, Pacificap incentivizes their employees to not spend money on hardware. I have phone numbers of tenants old and new, from my entire building, proving they've ignored pigeons, mice, mold, and leaks for at least a decade. They don't even paint. I have testimony of neighbors, their m.o. with all of us, was to collect the deposit, THEN say they need weeks for the make ready, then demand more time, causing us to perform miracles to hold on to our belongings, so we'll sign under duress without seeing the ... read more
