I would strongly advise against choosing the Residences at Arnada in Vancouver, WA for your next apartment. My experience with this complex was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their disorganization was apparent. They not only took our deposit but also hit us with an additional 400$ charge for supposed "wear and tear." We were left with no choice but to take legal action through small claims court to resolve this issue. Beyond a reasonable doubt, Pacificap incentivizes their employees to not spend money on hardware. I have phone numbers of tenants old and new, from my entire building, proving they've ignored pigeons, mice, mold, and leaks for at least a decade. They don't even paint. One of the worst companies to live at Monique Molina is one of the worst area managers, unprofessional she doesn’t know how to talk to people. She makes everybody feel like they’re stupid unprofessional from not returning emails phone calls. Not to mention that Monique Molina had one of her employees from Albuquerque New Mexico leave a Google review on one of the properties in Mesa, Arizona Residences On First. She had her own employee give her a five star so they’re nothing but liars.
Oh jeez, how did the maintenance tech do at Arnada? Is he professional and does he do good work?
Worst management ever. I dealt with the most unfair, unprofessional and traumatizing property management at Residences at Arnada. The building itself is nice and new, but management ruined my apartment living experience forever.
