Trio go Nick out here quickly, assessed the situation, gave us options for moving forward, including what we should do now and what we can put off, and proving themselves not just capable, but trustworthy. They’re now our go-to for all HVAC needs.
Fernando just did a very profesy and cost effective service visit. Which reminds me, Sergio and his team did an amazing job installing the system. My house isn't easy. It has a Winchester mystery house of interconnected attics, and they mastered a challenge that was too difficult for others. I love Trio!
I had an excellent experience with Max Sotelo as my assigned plumber and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. He came out promptly to fix a faulty gas valve, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to safety, which gave me real peace of mind.
They used AI to do the initial response to a thumbtack request (did not disclose this in the text message). It gave me wrong information and scheduled appointments before a person called me to cancel it saying that they don't do that type of work. Very irritating.
Everything was done professionally and it was a pleasure to have Diego in my house.
