The activities in this facility are excellently facilitated. This facility also, in my opinion, has the most robust menu and the food is excellent. The facility staff, in my experience as an outside health nurse, are friendly and knowledgeable and respond quickly to requests.

My Father-in-law is receiving excellent care at Pacifica. His room is exceptionally nice and kept clean by the excellent staff. Meals are delicious and well prepared. Meals are also plated well and pleasing to the eye. The activity staff has worked at getting the resident involved. Never thought my father-in-law would participate but he does. Pacifica Millcreek is an amazing place to visit. Everyone is so friendly. Jill the sales person is so helpful and Stephanie the executive director is willing to jump in and do whatever she can to help anyone.
I just want to say that I have a friend who’s mother lives at pacifica. I have been there with him to visit his mother..I have had lunch and dinner there and the food is fantastic, The staff is always happy..It seems like a happy place to work.I would have my parents live there if they were still here.
I love this community! The staff is so happy and friendly, which trickles over to the residents. They epitomize teamwork. I'm glad I can trust Pacifica to take the best care of those I love! Happy people make Pacifica a great place to be!
