I’d give 0 stars if possible. I ignored the bad reviews when renting because I needed the space. WORST property, I can’t even call it management, company EVER. My issues are so long and I don’t want to waste my energy, but seeing that I moved out 3 months ago and still have issues with them, figure it’s time I add to their crap reviews. DON’T DO IT.

The worst management company ever. The staff will ignore phone calls and emails with 0 response. The manager is does not exist. If you need help or have questions, don't waste your breath. My AC broke and I have some issues with my unit and I have no one coming to help fix the problems- while living in Florida, my house is now over 90 degrees. The staff cannot get ahold of their contractor, they do not care. The staff will purposely not respond to emails and will decline your call or hang up on you.
Placed a false amount of an owed balance for an apartment that I rented from them from 2015-2018. They gave me my security deposit back and now it's on my credit report that I owe a balance? Do not rent from these people. They are unorganized and unprofessional.
