I hate to say this and I won't go into too much detail but. There's a reason for the 1.7 review. Take that how you will. Personally. I give 4 stars because the girl at the front desk assisted with getting me presumptive insurance. She didn't have to take the time to do that and she did. That alone opened the door for me to get the services I required. Had I given up and stopped at them, I probably wouldn't have gotten the care I really needed. I called here because I was having a mental health crisis while traveling from San Diego to San Francisco. The operator transferred me to the charge nurse. The male charge nurse seemed to not want to help. His voice was irritated and not a bit kind or compassionate. He suggested I go to an ER over coming there. Do not come here, the women or doctor in charge here should be fired. I feel worse now than when I came in. now I feel hopeless. This place should be investigated for malpractice.

Crazy- Ik it's basically a holding facility to find longer-term hospitalization placement, but wow.... There's only one or two barren bedrooms (with beds dead-centered in the middle of the room, with cameras from many angles watching) Theres up to 12 patients in a ward, reflecting the 12 recliners (at least in the ward I was in) so, in a full ward (unless they hold more than 12 ppl in those conditions...), then only a 6th (or 2) of people are given a proper bed to sleep, let alone privacy!
