Don’t come here they won’t help you if u are in distress or having a crisis I walked in to talk to a therapist or just someone to talk to and they couldn’t help or see me or even talk to me cause I was on some medication I wasn’t even taking the nurses have no compassion or heart please don’t come here if u are having a crisis both the nurses were Asian descent I didn’t get their names

The bad reviews are real! I went a few weeks went in at 4 and got seen at 6 no issue , mind you this is URGENT CARE for MENTAL HEALTH and Im being seen virtually, doctor barely really asked about my issues and actually try to evaluate me he asks me what medications Ive taken before I said I wasn't sure of the names but if he named a few I would recognize so he named about 3 and I said yes to the first 2 mind you I never said I wanted to just take what Ive taken that obviously hasn't worked , I wanted him to do his job unders... read more

I hate to say this and I won't go into too much detail but. There's a reason for the 1.7 review. Take that how you will. Personally. I give 4 stars because the girl at the front desk assisted with getting me presumptive insurance. She didn't have to take the time to do that and she did. That alone opened the door for me to get the services I required. Had I given up and stopped at them, I probably wouldn't have gotten the care I really needed. I called here because I was having a mental health crisis while traveling from San Diego to San Francisco. The operator transferred me to the charge nurse. The male charge nurse seemed to not want to help. His voice was irritated and not a bit kind or compassionate. He suggested I go to an ER over coming there.
