I’ve been really disappointed with the owners at Pacifica Home Builders. They try to present themselves as classy and respectable, but the way they treat others leaves much to be desired. They often accuse others of lacking respect, yet it seems they should take a hard look in the mirror. This kind of attitude doesn’t inspire trust, and it’s honestly surprising that a home builder with such behavior is still in business. I have no doubt that eventually, people will see through this, and justice will prevail.
Went to parade of homes today. Absolutely terrible customer service. Owners wife threw a fit because I had a Starbucks cup in my hand. No signs indicating that food and drinks aren’t allowed, and other sellers were handing out drinks. Regardless, Owners wife then begins to yell at my wife and made a scene. We ended up leaving and was refunded my entry fee. Saw a similar post about this lady being a complete B. If you want to belittled and unappreciated, buy from them.
Horrible neighbor. Uses house in our neighborhood as his office. has dirt lot next door as his storage and parks company trucks on. Supposed to be a nice neighborhood. not a commercial property.
